The Natural Treasures of the Carpathian Basin
Works showcasing the unique natural beauty, wildlife and environmental changes of the Carpathian Basin.
- Landscape: Images of the Carpathian Basin’s iconic landscapes – hills, valleys, rivers and lakes that preserve our natural heritage for generations.
- Nature: Photographs capturing the region’s rich wildlife, illustrating changes and vulnerabilities within the ecosystem.
- Sustainability: Images raising awareness of the importance of nature conservation and inspiring steps towards a sustainable future.
Photo exhibition around the city
A collection of 175 nature photographs is on display at several locations across the city: Erzsébet Promenade, Kossuth Street, Hangvilla Multifunctional Community Space and FOTON Audiovisual Centre.
The combination of outdoor and indoor venues invites visitors on a visual walk, showcasing the diversity of nature. The exhibition is open to the public free of charge.
