Watchful River

The film follows the entire path of the Kis-Küküllő (Târnava Mică / Kleine Kokel) River in Transylvania. The river itself tells the story of the region, past and present events, while observing the surrounding landscape, the people who live there, and listening to the birds or the music of a nearby orchestra. By showcasing the natural beauty of the region, we both discover the unique world of a small area and also gain insight into Transylvania’s cultural and historical values.
